Life Empowerment Sessions
Life Empowerment sessions are for highly motivated individuals seeking greater fulfilment in their work or love life. Sessions are highly tailored to your specific needs and are intended to help you discover your truth, courage, passion and a deeper connection to self, creating within a sustainable shift to empowerment, aliveness and feeling enriched by life!
Sessions are based upon movement, breath and sound and may also include emotional expression and release, pressure point release, energy movement, shamanic dialogue, awareness of feeling sensations in our body, meditation, touch, massage, tantra methods and/or sexual healing. No prior knowledge or experience is required. All sessions are bespoke and are intuitively guided to meet your unique circumstances.
Appointment times includes a check-in at the start to see what feels current for you. We will discuss your desires and intentions for the session, any fears or concerns you have and what feels ok or not ok for us to include in the session that day.
I will create a safe space in which you can feel emotionally and energetically held, safe and able to relax. All emotions and feelings are welcome throughout the session. All sessions and discussions relating to our sessions are treated with complete confidentiality.
Session Information
Life Empowerment sessions last 2 - 2.5 hours. I also allow upto 30 minutes after the session for you to rest and gently integrate your experience, without needing to rush into the outside world. Please allow 3 hours for your total experience. Sessions take place in London, at SW8 3JX.
Weekday (Tuesday - Friday, 11am - 5pm):
- £95 for a single session
- 3 sessions for £265 (£88 per session)
- 5 sessions for £400 (£80 per session)
- £150 for a single session
- 3 sessions for £400 (£133 per session)
- 5 sessions for £600 (£120 per session)

Video Coaching
If you would like to trust yourself more; deepen your self awareness, self-love, self-acceptance; build confidence; look within instead of outside of yourself for approval/guidance; be kinder to yourself; communicate more clearly with others; know your inner truth; connect with your higher self; embody courage and strength to make changes in your life; and to start putting yourself first... I'd love to support you!
I offer video guidance for distance clients and support in between Life Empowerment sessions.

Tantric Yoni Massage
I offer an intimate process known as yoni massage, sometimes called yoni mapping, yoni de-armouring or sacred spot. Yoni is the sanskrit word for female genitals and includes both the vulva and vagina.
I create a safe, nurturing and supportive space for you to relax, experience gentle, loving touch and to release pain or emotions related to or held within your yoni, which can have deeply healing effects. Sessions last around 2 hours, please allow 2.5 hours total to allow time to rest and integrate this deep process.
Please note: I am not currently trained to support trauma release.
Sessions:
- £75 for weekday (Tues - Fri, 11am - 5:30pm)
- £120 for weekend (Sat - Sun, 11am - 6pm)

- Weekday: Cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time are charged in full; cancelled within 48 hrs incur a £60 fee.
- Weekend: Cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time are charged in full; cancelled within 72 hrs incur an £80 fee.
Video Coaching
- Cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time incur a £30 fee.
